Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Fairway Select, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fairway Select. By signing up you confirm that you are.

• Provide accurate information, including your real name and an honest handicap.
• Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. No impersonation.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other members.
• Send spam, solicit business, or scrape the platform.
• Post content that is unlawful, misleading, or violates someone else's rights.
• Attempt to access data, accounts, or systems you are not authorized to use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Fairway Select is an introduction service. Any round, meeting, or interaction that happens in person is between you and the other golfers. We do not vet members, supervise meetups, or guarantee anyone's identity, handicap, or behavior. Use good judgment, meet at the course, and stop interacting with anyone who makes you uncomfortable.

Some tee times are paid. When you book, you agree to the price shown at checkout. Refund and cancellation terms for a specific tee time are set by the host and shown before payment. Disputes about a booking should first be raised with the host; contact us at support@fairwayselect.com if you can't resolve it.

You keep ownership of the content you post (profile details, photos, messages, scorecards). You grant us a limited licence to host and display that content within the service so it works as intended.

You can delete your account at any time from the profile page. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to other members.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fairway Select is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or anything that happens during in-person rounds arranged through the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these Terms. If changes are material we will let you know by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new version.
